 Coaching Information

 Please be assured that all verbal and written information exchanged with us is totally confidential.  We hold information about clients during their confidential coaching sessions and Shadow Work weekends.  You have the right to see any of the notes held about you and can request this at any time.  Our usual practice is to either return or destroy notes at the end of the coaching or Shadow Work Coaching/Workshop relationship.  This will be discussed and made clear during the contracting period of our working together and is discussed one to one and/or at the start of a workshop.  You can talk to us any time about this by contacting us directly or using [email protected]
