Why have coaching?
Coaching helps you get wherever you want to go.
For me, it’s a little like a dance. One person is leading, the other person is following. But the person leading cannot lead without the full permission from the other. The direction, or dance is decided upon, the rules, boundaries and terms of engagement are set, and off we go!
For some people the dance, or the direction is is really clear, ‘I want to set up my own business by next June’. For others it may be ‘I don’t feel confident when I’m in social situations’ or ‘I’m not happy, what can I do about it?’. And then, of course – there is everything else in-between.
